Chinese Character Display on Radio?

Hi, I am from LA but would like to know is the E90/92 able to display Chinese character on the radio by iPod/memory stick from 6FL by default? Both with and without I-Drive?

Thanks

no idea about iDrive as I heard there is a firmware setup. for non-iDrive, you can show chinese name of MP3 (some characters still cannot be shown) by changing the region to Japan. for Radio, i am not sure as there is no chinese name transmitted by local station here.

Thanks, when I said "radio", what I mean is the radio display and not the radio station title.

Hi LC,

What do you mean by changing the region to Japan? Is that one of the items in the radio menu? Right now, I'm not seeing any Chinese characters at all.

Go to the setup (of the radio/player) to change the regional settings to Japan.
