E93 How much should I pay..

I was at the BMW dealer for service yesterday and they have an 08 328 convertible on the show room floor with Premium, Cold, Ipod and Auto. It is Sapphire Black with Black interior. List is 50,100. How much should I be be able to get off MSRP.
