?? Not sure what you are talking about ... they offered my 30k at carmax and there was no waiting around.

not sure where you got this from, but there was no $500 fee associated with the transaction .. it was smooth, no additional fees and the car is gone.

I wasn't charged any fees when I sold a car to Carmax a few months ago.
