You should be more than fine with such small difference between F/R wheel speeds, as long as the wheel offsets are correct so the tires won't rub. In fact this combo is one of the best available 19" staggered setup for the Xi.

Speed difference between front and rear is too close to the 1% limit for Xi. 235/275 is closer to 0.1% so it is definitely better.

no. you will be fine. That is my summer set up.

235/35/19 = 25.48
265/30/19 = 25.26
difference in diameter ~ 0.217 = ~ 0.857%

No issues.

Either combo will be fine for the X-drive system. I run the 235/35 275/30 on 19s and I actually have noticed my speedo is a bit more accurate then with the stock tire/wheel config.

Not quite sure on the offsets for an e92. You tire size should be ok, what kind of tires are you looking at? Sizing of tires for one brand will have a different OD then another brand.

On another note, if you decide to get 275's for an e92 be prepared to roll your fenders as I have heard 275's will rub on an e92, lowered or not.

It depends on whether the tire has square shoulder (like PS2) or rounded shoulder (like Falken FK-452).

So do you want square or rounded shoulder if you DO NOT want to roll the fenders? And do you know if the Bridgestone Potenza RE960s are round or square?

You probably want rounded. I want to say that another member tried every way to get 275's in the rear and he said no matter what you had to roll your fenders to squeeze 275's. A lot of this is probably also due to what offsets you run on the rear as well.

Yea I'm figuring there's a 5% chance that 275s would fit on an e92 without any rubbing. I'd have to get the fenders rolled and I am trying to avoid that. I still don't know if Bridgestone's have rounded or squared shoulders tho.

I'm pretty sure the Bridgestones have chunky square shoulders. The Falken's have that rounded shoulder because their going for that VIP sucked look. I love my Falken FK452's though.

Ok so now there's a .05% chance of 275/19 Bridgestone's fitting without rubbing...looks like 265/19s it is...thank you

the offset of those wheels is pretty high. You would not rub with 275's. no way will it rub with a 39 offset.

For what I've read, 275's fit on e90, but not e92 unless you roll the fenders. But your saying to go with a 39 offset and there will be no rubbing? and this is on an e92?

19x9.5 +33 with 275/30/19 works perfectly. No rubbing at stock/sport ride height for E90's. E92's on the other hand, I would recommend going with a 265/30/19 to be safe. If you are running a +39, you should be fine.
