Ok after a bunch of work, here is version 1 of the iCal Calendar for California Track Events.
If you have iCal click here to Subscribe If you aren't a Mac user click here for the web version edit: I have an error with the web version not showing the track location. Just bear with me a bit, I'll try and get it sorted out.
