Cost of tyres!

Has anyone seen the cost of replacement tyres for the 18 inch wheels on the coupe? Front £166, rear £220 each!!!

Get normal tyres rather than run flats, that's the easy choice. You'll easily save £100+ on a full set.

The only risk you take is having to pay £40-50 or so for a new TPMS is you do get a puncture and have to use some tyre goo

Are there TMPS's? I thought the ECU worked it out from wheel rotation speed....

Its crazy though the prices, especially when they wreck the wheel getting the old tyre of the rim as they did on my 2005 MINI Cooper

Cost us £1200 to change the 4 tyres on our 335d!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

£360 each for the rears

Thankfully my company pays for my 135i tyres, so I chew them up for fun:biggrin:
