Baby is Home!!

Yes, yes, I know this topic is no good without pictures, I'll try to put it up next day or so.

Love the car!!!!!! I am still amazed how much power I am getting even at the 4,5,6 gear, unlike the 328i. Haven't have a chance to push it yet, and probably won't do that until I get used to the ultra sensitive brakes and the power.

So yep, Another Montego Blue 135i in Seattle!!!!!

Thanks. I went with Taupe, after years of black interior. Man, I am still amazed that the car was pulling fast at the higher gears. Passing slower cars on the freeway was so effortless. I wasn't even pushing it hard at all accelerating from 60 mph to 80, and I passed the other car like it was standing still.

I will be taking the car onto East Mercer Way, which is full of twisty corners, on the way to work tomorrow. I just hope I don't drive the car down the ravines because I got too exciting and forgot to hit the brake....

Aside from the tinted windows, how much did the other ones cost you?

Nice looking car. What brand material did they use for the bra? Did they do the entire hood? I can't find a price like that anywhere.

Mine is 3M. Also $500 from my dealer. Not the entire hood. It covers roughly 1/3 of the hood.

Thanks for the info. It's costing me about $200 more for the same application but I'm getting Formula 1 ceramic tinting done at the same time. Not included in that price of course. While researching clear bra's I've come across Venture Shield. From what I've read and heard it's much better than the 3M stuff. Still going with the 3M though.

Mine is Ventureshield because I heard lots of yellowish color change over time on the 3M one. $500 for 1/3 hood, front bumper, 1/3 fenders, side mirrors and headlight.
