Hey Mow B. It looks like we're in the same boat. Try parting out your car first and bring it to stock. Most won't pay much more for a car with the mods. I sold my DP and header. Now I only have my Invidia G200 exhaust on. I will post up fliers in supermarkets and at my job. Try doing this as well. And if you have a safe place you can park it, have a for sale sign in the window. Good luck. I need to sell mine by the time my 135i is built or I'll be forced to trade in and only gain $1,000...

Yeah I thought about parting it out, but I don't want to part it out and then not be able to sell my car. I'm even tempted to call BMW and get my deposit back because it's not going the way I thought it would. BMW offered me a low number and I tried not laughing. But hopefully something will work out..

Thank you, Current Miles on the car right now are 14,000. I would like to sell it soon, so I can stop putting mileage on it.

Just traded mine in with 11,600 but I get to put on up to 13,000 while I wait for my 135 to come in. Dealer gave me 25,000 but I get to keep the mods and sell those off. I should end up at about 27k for my modded car with the tax savings and selling the mods (invidia TBE, COBB, etc) vs a private party sale. Not bad since I paid 31k almost 2 years ago.

Where did you sell it at? I am thinking of doing carMax, since I purchased from there hoping they may give me the best deal and selling all my mods on the side.

I didn't sell mine I traded it in. I got 25k trade in for it which would equal about 26,400 private party since I save on sales tax on the 1er by trading it in. I also get to sell my mods on the side which should give me around 6-700 extra. Which brings my sale price to around 27 or so total after the trade in/selling off mods.
