If you can't do ED, you can fake it in the Northwest

When you buy a CPO car you can't do Euro Delivery. Fortunately, we live in Seattle and I had a plan. The full story here on Bimmerfest: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=287742

Hint: X3 and 335xci content, but a useful suggestion for you locals

Thanks for the great idea.

My wife and I are actually going to do this when my 1er comes in next month.

Does anyone have any suggestions on places to stay. I don't want to spend a fortune but I want to stay somewhere that plays into the German theme.

Can't wait

what a great idea... the Chrysler minivans and Toyota 4runners kinda throw off the feel of Germany though

Not if you just think of them as the "rich" folk that were able enough to ship american built cars over to Germany:biggrin:

thats awesome, i didnt even pay attention to what the post was saying until i said "wow that looks exactly like germany!" The pictures fooled me. I guess im one of the lucky few that took euro delivery and proud to say that my 135i has 807 miles of pure bavarian fun under its' belt! now that im here in seattle, i'll have to take trips up there to reminese of the good ol' days!

In 2004 i took a vacation in europe with my wife and 3 friends (flew in and out of Munich). We got a mini van to drive to accomidate all the lugage and they gave us a Chrysler minivan at the Munich airport! So you never know.
