Tint look

So how does ceramic tint look compared to normal tint? Does it have a reflective mirror look or is it just black?

It looks the same...sort of. I have tinted many cars in the past with way too many different types of tint and ceramic is really no different than regular tint, it's just a little lighter in shade because it doesn't need the darkness factor to keep out the heat and UVs. I wouldn't say its not as mirrored as regular and I think people often confuse the term metallic tint with actual "Mirror Tint". Plain black limo-tint can be metallic but not mirrored any more than anything else shiny.

The 60% ceramic we put on cast a very, very light (almost non-existent) shade whereas a 60% regular tint would be a little more noticable...

That's about right, the 60% is only a little lighter than that with full on mid-day light. If you don't want that "I'm young and trying to hide something" look of all out black tint on your car, ceramic is the way to go...
