Are there any actual pictures of Thundernight with Magma interior?

I haven't seen any other than the configurator. I have seen the Magma Red on both white and black. It certainly 'pops' but it isn't a shade of red that I care for (and I had a red over red C4 Vette a long time ago).

Most of the Thundernight cars I've seen have the Ivory or Black interiors. Since I won't do Ivory (too hard to keep clean) or Black (too dark and too hot) I've ordered mine in Thundernight over Cognac.

The magma is one of those colors best experienced in person because most photos tend to misrepresent the color. In many lighting conditions, the color presents itself as more orange than red and in some lighting conditions unconditionally orange, something that I believe might clash badly with Thundernight.

I love my magma/black sapphire but wouldn't consider it with Thundernight though I do like the magma/Portimao blue. Of course, color preferences are highly subjective.

I don't see that much orange in the magma red. Certainly a little, but not that much although I've only had mine for a few days.

I think orange could actually look good with the Purple, but I don't see magma or even more traditional dark red working with Thundernight.

That’s a bold color combination. Perhaps it seems so because the Z4 is lacking any bold colors like the other models.

I thought about this combination strongly. It may work because Thundernight appears so dark most of the time. I was just hesitant to order it without actually seeing it in person or good pictures. The configurator isn’t a real accurate depiction of the colors.

In my opinion the three interior colors that work are ivory, cognac and black. Black is my least favorite and is boring while the others will give you a nice contrast. I would never consider Magna red for this body color.

I agree that if magma was actually orange, I might have considered the combination you suggested. As it is red/orange, don't think it would work at all. Which is why I selected the ivory interior.

Per Autotrader, there's one car in this combination on the ground in the entire US. It's at Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs. Unfortunately they don't have any actual pictures posted on their website.

In person, Magma red is orange. In pictures it looks red. I was actually very surprised when I picked up my car that it wasn't more red. Very... VERY definitively orange.

100%. It’s orange. I’ve never seen a picture that is even close to the magma red in my Z.
