Few questions...
1. Is it true that you can only use the VSC only at a dealership?
2. Coverage can only be extended to 84 months and 100,000 miles?
3. BMW, at its discretion, can deny service?
4. Refund period is 30 days?
5. Does anyone have a contract sample?
6. Discounts available?
