Wondering if anyone had tried the Saris Bones EX 3-Bike Bike Rack on their X3?

I have an IX3 but because they are new, its not clear if it will fit ok

Can’t help with specific model, but similar attachment racks have always caused damage to my cars. Typically this is where the feet touch the car of where the straps hook to the car. Even had one cause indentations in the bodywork.

I’m guess you don’t, have a tow bar, and if not roof mounted is likely to cause less damage to car and bikes.
