Exclamation Pathway Lights

Recently got my 2022 X3 in Brooklyn Grey (pics to come).

Tried setting my pathway lighting to dim after 120s but no matter how long I set the timer for it seems to dim and turn off after 20seconds or so. Also when I turn off the engine the headlights go off.

In the 3 I remember the headlights were part of the whole pathway lighting system. Anyone had the same issue? Any fixes or advise?

I was initially have issues where my settings werent saving. It took me a while to realize for some reason when I got into my car it kept automatically using the Guest profile. I think somewhere in the settings I had to associate my key FOB with my specific profile (you can also associated a specific profile to your digitial key if you have it).

Intially thought this is the exact issue but it happens on both fobs. Even made one for my specific profile.
