Hey guys i curbed my rim during the weekend and can’t stop
thinking about it just wanted your opinion on whether it will look like new after the repair. I have the tire and rim warranty so i am not worries about the cost just the look.

Won’t look new but will be 95% better. They will machine the diamond face cut down and put some clear over it. Since your rash is pretty minimal, the amount of material removed won’t be as noticeable.

They have a blurished face with lines so i wonder when they remove the material how will they replicate that texture face of the 765 wheels

It a diamond cut finish, so won’t look like new unless same finish is machined after the surface damage is corrected.

Sorry to hear. I did almost the exact same thing on my X4. Been bothering me a lot. I don't have the tire warranty. Probably just need to find someone to make it look better.

repair it, you won't even notice the difference. My friend just had two wheels repaired on his Panamera, couldn't tell it was ever damaged.

It will not, but it will be very close. Will you notice it? Only if you stare at it intently or point it out to someone. Wheels are dirty from brake dust in 5 mins anyway.
