FS: 19in DPE ST7 Brushed (9/10.5)

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Since I got my new wheels these will have to go.

They are originally 19x9.5 / 10.5 DPE ST-7s for M fitment. However, the lips are currently being refinished at DPE so when they come back, the wheels will be in basically brand new condition. So basically, i can replace the Lips on them to fit e90/e92s Ms at 19x9/10.5

Brushed Aluminum Center w/Chrome Lips.
Also will clear Brembos F&R.

Asking $3000 or best offer. Shipping additional.

Im located in Socal.

I don't think changing the lip will change fitment, I think the hub is where the fitment is changed?

The Hub of the car has nothing to do with wheel offset. and offset is what determines how a wheel fits the car.

Rear offset is pretty much inline.

If I extend the front lip by 0.5in, the offset comes to about 20. which is inline with what the E90/E92 M3s run. You can even go a full inch which brings it to 9.5 and the offset is in the mid teens, which will be good if you want to run an aggressive setup.

The fitments are confirmed by DPE. I wouldn't want to waste my own time if I know it doesn't work.

Well, if its a 8.5 in wide wheel and say the combination is 2in outer and 6.5in inner, you simply change the outer lip to 2.5 or 3 to make it a 9' or 9.5in wide wheel. Offset is changed accordingly.
