wow, thats really one of the better artists renditions of the coupe/m3 i've seen yet. Looks like they took a 6 series body, and put the e90 headlights on it with an e60m5 bumper. I hope something like this comes out except with the headlights pinched a little more.. love it !! can't wait to see what BMW has in store for the real coupe/m3

OH DEAR GOD!
Hopefully I can save enough in a year and a half to make a dream come true. My car would make a great down payment on that! |

There is a spy photo of the new M3 in the next issue of Car and Driver... It looks alot like that photo, a bit like the 6 series.

Sorry, I'd love to post it, but no scanner.
For those of you who get or will be getting it; August 2005 Vol. 51, No2 Page 88, Sneaky Previews. It's a less aggrassive looking e90 based M3. Nice raspberry color... You can see a lot of the 6 in it, but personally, the rear looks a bit like a Hyundai Tiburon

C&D says it is going to be 400hp. 4.0 liter V8, derived basically from the M5 V10. 7 speed SMG or 6 speed manual.
Available Fall 2006 at least $50,000.

That French magazine's photoshops have always been very accurate. Their CG'ed E60 M5 pics that appeared 6 months before the car was launched were 100% accurate except the real car didn't come out with foglights

awesome man!! I REALLY hope BMW puts out something that looks like that, really looks like a scary beast, and with the 400hp and superior handling behind it, this should be THE car for the next 10 years

With a higher MSRP to go with it. Dealer speculation is a base of $60-65k. |
