and the WINNER is:

1. BMW 730d
2. Audi A8 3.0 TDI
3. Mercedes S 320 CDI
4. Volkswagen Phaeton V6 TDI
5. Jaguar XJ6 2.7 D

Well, the 7er had better driving comfort and engine/gearbox than the rest. A8 had higher slalomspeed but 7er was faster around the track.
As a complete package the new 7er was the best car.
