Good day. I'm looking at tuning my 2021 F90.

What are the weak points for tuning?

I just moved from 2018 F80 and I know it's weak point was the crank hun.

Does the F90 have anything I should consider upgrading for a tune?

Looking at BM3 stage 1 or 2. I'm thinking clutch maybe?

rods are weak especially if you drive like a jack ass and tune it and don't use proper fueling and floor it in a high gear low rpm low speeds!

Read the active bm3 thread, 1/4 mile thread and my thread in this tuning section, lots of good info to start with.. learn the car, learn tuning. Don’t lug it, don’t beat on it in heat and use hood fuel most importantly.

The trans is stout. No clutch to upgrade like the DCT on the F10. Tune it, drive it like you own it…not like you stole it, and care for it. Don’t worry so much and enjoy.
