Do you still get the bottoming out effect over big bumps/potholes?

I hear you on that, CT roads are awful... someone told me because our harsh weather and extremes blah blah, I was in alaska and the roads arent nearly as fucked, neither in colorado or anywhere that gets way more snow than we do and ice etc.. makes me nervous with no spare...I live in downtown Hartford and they were just paving the streets over, for 2 weeks we had sewers n gutters sticking 6 inches outa the ground till they repaved

The KW V3 xi's are superior I think, but they are an alternative solution for those that just want to lower at a much better price, but I think the value of the additional money spent is well worth it. As to if they are in stock, they are not in right now, waiting on H&R Germany on them.

can you describe what you mean as harsher? Harsher compared to stock? Stock just feels bouncy/floaty...

Is it harsher than HR Sport springs on teh XI? When you hit a pothole does it feel like the bottom of the car was slammed into the asphalt? Do you feel ever bump/pothole?

Sorry for all the questions!!

I took a ride in a KwV3 equipped 335xi sedan yesterday

Around the crapy roads of Stamford. I must say, I was impressed. It was set at around 75% stiffness but it did not feel any harsher than my 335xi Coupe. It looked slammed and it did not roll or wallow as badly as my coupe.

Good luck with getting the H&R Coilovers in stock for the Xis. It's been way passed due, and I haven't heard any updates still. lol

H&R Coilovers

I have them with 19x8.5 BBS CH wheels all around. I am running 245/35 19 Goodyear Eagle F-1 Assymetrics and the ride is better than the original stock ride. I have also had no issues with the coilovers. They are an excellent product. Check with Turner Motorsports and get their opinion on the product. They will give you an objective opinion.

I've got H&R Premiums, Adjustable in the rear without taking off the tires, and the fronts adjust like a normal coilover. I wish it was on the top.

I run 275/235 Michelin PS2's. Ride is great. I love it.

I made a turn the other day at 110 mph around a bend and it held like it was on rails.
