scratched and scuffed front bumper (bottom)

i scratched it driving and turning into the safeway nearby. The scratches are underneath the bumper facing the ground so you can't see it unless u get under the vehicle. Any ideas how to fix it or how much it should cost to repair or replace?

if its not that noticeable i dont think its worth while to repair it...but a full bumper re-spray should cost you around $600. doubt you'd need to replace it unless you cracked the whole bumper.

Good to hear that. I got a quote for $957 after taxes. The price was too overpriced I left without saying a word. Does anyone know how much a EURO Bumper installed/alligned/painted would cost altogether?

If you can't see it, I wouldn't worry about it - probably a good chance you will do it again. There are bad roads and transitions everywhere : )

Yeah, if the only way to see it is by getting down on your knees and feeling around or really looking at a very low angle, then just forget about it. This just happened to me yesterday after having the car since May. Sure it's annoying, but it's not really worth fixing; you can't even see it unless you really try.

same thing happened to me on a 335i, i bought an aero lip to cover it and within two weeks i scratched it too.. what i do now is that i take my time when im getting out of parking lots or going over bumps and set the EDC on the stiff setting to prevent damage, it even recomends it on the manual, but I know its unavoidable, you'll get over it ...

it's part of normal wear and tear, just leave it if you can't see it standing up.

It happens to my front bumper too. It bother me at 1st but after a while, I decide to just live with it. You cant see it unless you look under. My sugguestion is to get a front lip. which I will be getting!
