PDC Not working after new Msport bumper install

Hello all,

I'm posting on behalf of my brother in-law. I just recently installed a new msport front bumper on his f30. I plugged in all the PDC units in the front and the main connecter but it still seems like it's not recognizing the parking sensors at all. Does it matter which parking sensor I put in what hole? (Ie. taking the drivers side sensor and swapping to the passenger side?) I can't remember if I moved them over exactly how they were from the old bumper.

Also - I was also thinking of just disconnecting the battery to "reset" things to maybe fix the issue.

All help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Great question and I have been wondering if PDCs can be reprogrammed somehow. I also did a M sport conversion, though matched sensor for sensor with position, so dont have the same issue you have.

The two center sensors though are lower than they used to be because of cover position, and MAN they scream all the time now. I have wondered if there is any way to adjust the sensitivity, or reprogram them somehow.

I'm going to try resetting the battery. The reason I ask is because I really DONT want to take the bumper off again. There are a million clips and screws.
