Bluetooth audio

Hi, recently coded enhanced bluetooth in my F31 but when playing music through bluetooth using Spotify it doesnt show artist name or song title, it just says unknown, is there something else i need to code, its a 2013 year and im using a samsung phone.

Press in the volume button on the radio and hold it in for about 30 seconds and it will reboot the head unit.
