I have been around the forum for a few months now since I bought my car at the end of April. A day or two after the purchase I realized that the two 12v outlets at the front of the car do not work. The one in the back does. I have searched the forum as well as the Google trying to troubleshoot the issue.

Fuses 66 & 69 are intact and have continuity verified with a voltmeter. I just changed my cabin air filter and the plug next to the glovebox was connected and I reconnected it.

At this point, I don't know how to proceed.

I appreciate, and often utilize, the knowledge that can come from forums and I say thanks in advance for any help.
