Braille batteries (G20 vs I48CX)

Someone please feel free to hit me over the head here,

It's hard to believe i can actually use this G20 battery from Braille. What are some reasons to pony up for the I48CX if I can get away with the G20?

Braille Performance GreenLite Lithium-ION Battery - G20 - 4.5lbs (~$500)

Hi, if you have option to register this type of battery with Ista, go for it, otherwise stay chill.
