GPS navigation signal issue F30 NBT ID6

Hi all,
form one day to another my gps has stopped working and i don't know why

i've purchased another gps antenna thinking that the OEM was damaged but at the end i have the same problem

i've entered in the secret menu and it says gps status: Reserved

do you know how to solve the issue?

Do you have Tool32? There should be a command that you can run there to see if the GPS circuit is responding and if it is picking up any signal.

Hi i don't have this tool but going into the service menù i don't see any signal and the gps is RESERVED is coding activation lost for the gps?

because i've changed the antenna and i have the same issue

i would look into getting a copy of esys and tool32 so you can check the status as advised by steve

tool32 to check gps status
esys to check the gps is set as aktiv.

was the car originally id6 or have you retrofitted it
