Wow great detailed write-up! Love the wiring diagrams.

Do you have any tips on running wiring if the amp is in the under storage cubby? Would you still run it up the diagonal rail in your diagrams?

Maybe.

Yes: If you do the same amp position I did, I would run it the same way but since your amp is further down continue to run it into the cubby. I m not sure exactly but that should be 2 different panels so you should be able to find the seem and slip the wire through into the bottom rather than out to the open of where my amp is. However if it is one entire panel you would need to poke a hole for you to feed your wires down into the cubby. From there just run it along the wall to be clean. Also not sure if i wrote this in the work instruction but I use a wire hanger that i unfolded and made into hook. I fished the hanger up to the opening then taped my wire it to it and then pulled the hanger down to get my wires run.

No: If the bottom under storage has room I would actually put both amps their and then run the wire up into the battery on the right and then only the + and - sub wires up into the sub on the left. Move the hole that the sub wires enter the sub box closest to the feed opening too. If you could do that, that would be the cleanest and that is what I would do.
