Video of my angel eye replacement with $17.00 LED's
I replaced the OEM angel eye bulbs with a pair of $17.00 LED's I got off amazon. I made a video showing the replacement and the review of the angel eyes.

@ 18:30 is that a comparison with the stock lights, hard to tell from the indoor video, but are they about the same brightness?

You can get the same LED lights on ebay that claim they are 10W for $10.

Thanks for the video. I'm going to tackle this today because my right side bulb is out.

Bulbs changed. The replacement LED bulbs I got on ebay are a little brighter and definitely whiter than the original bulbs. I also had to crimp down on the spade connectors to get a good solid connection because the spade terminal on the new bulbs is a little thinner than the original bulbs. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. I also drilled out the vent and drain holes in the back of bulb cover to help with air circulation around that new LED bulbs. I'm not sure if it was just mine or if everyone's BMW has those drain and vent holes blocked off in the cover. I drilled them out with a 13/64 bit which is the largest size drill bit that would fit in the nipples. A 3/16 is just 1/64 smaller and would work also.
