F30 amplifier fitting questions

Hello! im planning on fitting an amp(or 2) to my f30 it has the base model head unit with no amplifier. Im planning on fitting an amp in the boot(trunk).
Im thinking i need to buy a 4 channel amp. pull the connector from under the front seat(the connector powers the underseat speaker and door speaker) and join a cable to the one coming from the HU and route it to the amp, fit an RCA connector on the end, and have that as an input channel. Do the same to the other side. So i should have 2 cables coming from the HU to the amp one front drivers and front passenger. Then route 4 cables back from the amp to under the seats. have one output channel being the mid in the door the other channel being for the underseat speaker.
Thats 4 channels. i plan to keep the rear speakers on the hu amp for now.
so thats my thinking am i going about this the right way.
All the amps ive seen have 4 input RCAS in which case the cable coming from the hu to the amp do i just fit 2 rca connector in parallel to each cable? giving me 4 rca inputs?
so ill have 2 rca cables from front left and 2 cables from front right.
Then in time fit the rear speakers to a 2 channel amp using the same method.
Amp im looking for has to have high level input so im thinking this
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Kenwood-KAC...7590078&sr=8-2

and for the rear speakers
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Kenwood-KAC...7590164&sr=8-1

Does that sound about right, not done an audio system before but not a stranger to doing my work, just want to check im approaching this the right way?

The lack of a good equalizer is the main deficiency of all of the OEM options.

Leave it. Even if you have an active crossover the cap will increase the protection against excess low frequency content in the mid speaker.

Subwoofer and mid in door?

The F3x series doesn't have a true subwoofer anywhere. And certainly not in the door.
