Is it rasp? At certain RPMs I'll occasionally get a sound I'd describe as rasp.

I'd check if your mid-pipe is rubbing on the frame (that mid car brace). You just need to loosen the clamps and twist it to fix it.

OK you've got something different going on. I'd go with @Wires advice.

If it’s a rattle. Midpipe must of moved while you installed the dp. Midpipe will occasionally vibrate on the brace. Or the clamps not tighten from midpipe to dp or dp to turbo. But you would experience other things

Check out this thread and the video in it. It seems that occasionally after messing with the exhaust this clip breaks for whatever reason. It's happened to a handful of people, me included. Mine sounded similar to yours in the beginning then turned into the video in the link.

As someone else said, it's almost certainly the exhaust rattling like crazy against the mid-brace. Exact same thing happened with mine after I had the Wagner DP installed, plus others I spoke to on the forum at the time said it was that for them too. There's a clamp halfway along the exhaust that needs doing up super tight and that fixed the problem for me.

I think we may have taken off the brace and put in some washers to lower it a little bit too but I can't remember for sure as this was a while back now.
