Plonker Pulling ?

Not had Michelin Pilot Sport tyres before so Googled the web site

"Dynamic Response" Technology: a hybrid belt of Aramid and Nylon ensures optimum transmission of steering instructions onto the road.
- An ultra-reactive Tread Pattern Design adapts continuously to the road, for optimised footprint on the road.- A new mix of compounds with specific “functional elastomers” and hydrophobic Silica provides excellent wet grip and braking
- Wide and deep longitudinal grooves ensure a high level of drainage on wet roads
Coming from co-operation with emblematic car manufacturers and from MICHELIN motorsport experience

- The MICHELIN PILOT SPORT tireline is co-designed with the most demanding car manufacturers (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche)*
- The tread pattern design comes from motorsport experience (FORMULA E, WEC**, WRC***…)

Come on guys, it's only a donut , albeit an emblematic (sic) one

would they be emblematic though ?
Although to be quite fair these tyres seem quite good which is a blessing . You never know what rubber the manufacturer is going to give you and until you end up owning them. They were a bit rumbley at first but soon settled in . Only thing is some drivers have worn them out in 7-10K. But I suppose BMW drivers come in all sorts.
