Audio stuck in phone call mode

Hi all. After hanging up from a phone call today my audio will no longer play any music. I can on,y get sound on phone calls. I have even tried deleting my phone from the system. When I turn up the volume it says phone call. After deleting the phone and turning up the volume it said no media source. It will also not play an audio from my phone through the X5 speakers. So frustrating. I don’t know how to get it out of phone call mode. Any suggestions. Heading out on a road trip in 2 days and don’t care to have that much silence.

Reboot idrive with a volume button hold down for 40 seconds. Always reboot iDrive for any issues. It fixes 98% of all the tech stuff.

I had this happen to only once. I did the reboot and it never came back. Its almost like when making settings adjustments or personalizing your Idrive it is cacheing way to much and needs a good reboot to clear it.

It worked!!! Much appreciated!
Thank you lord for the people on this forum who are more willing to help than the genius who said “here is how you turn on the AC” and that was all. He gave me a card with his email that won’t accept outside emails.
