Are there any exhausts that make the sound higher pitch?

I know most people prefer a deeper tone since it implies a bigger engine but I am curious if there are also options that make it sound more high pitched and racy like a free revving engine.

For a higher-pitched sound, you need an X-pipe midpipe. Eisenmann make one for the M2 Competition that can bolt onto the stock system. There’s video clips on the Eisenmann threads in this forum.

Has anyone noticed that the car sounds MUCH different (better) upon a restart engine hot?
It has a faint s54 rasp to it almost. I love the rasp.
