BC Racing coilovers Swift spring rates

Hey guys, after much research on this forum. I have decided to move forward with BC Racing coilovers given the good feedback and decent price. My 228i is a daily driver and doing about 4-5 track weekends a year in NorCal. I am current running factory M Sport suspension. For those of you have installed BC Racing coilovers, do you run with standard springs. Is it worth another $350 for Swift springs and why (better ride and handling? better turn in?). If you use Swift springs instead of standard, what spring rates do you run and recommend? Thanks in advance!
