I'm not digging this new hood design
You guys notice the hood is taller on the sides? I feel that it blocks my view. I'm more used to the center of the hood being the highest point.

the hood blocks your view? is your seat at the minimum height and are you 4'0"? I haven't heard one complaint about the shape of the hood causing a visibility issue.
it's one of my favorite parts looking out and see the aggressive design..it reminds me of the caudal keel on a shark. looks badass imo. |

The hood is also one of my favorite parts of this car. Just this morning I was driving and looking at the long, raised lines of the hood and thinking...man that looks good....

WAT?! Gotta be trolling. ;-)
I too love the double dorsal fin down the hood. Adds the to angry posture of the G01. Love it! |

I too love the hood, but........it holds water in a light rain, like a bowl. then as you slow down it slides forward and as it breaks over the front grill the air catches it and throws it all up on the windscreen at once. I know it's not made of spun sugar and I will somehow make it thru, just sayin

I also enjoy the take off after a good rain, as mine flicks the water back onto the windshield.

Hood design is aggressive but the stability when you try to close the hood by pressing down....Not too impressed. Seems wobbly and not sturdy enough.

It feels very light , mine needs a hand each side above the lights to close it down. |

I know it's counter to coming on the forum and griping, but if you read the owner's manual it describes how to close the hood -- you actually have to throw it down from a height. Raise about 20" and fling it downwards forcefully. Can't merely drop it, and you shouldn't have to press on it or play other games. In fact, it's risky to press modern car hoods, since they are very thin and light nowadays (and often aluminum). Easy to dent.
