Marina Bay Blue

Well, looks like the white car my dealer was trying to get isn't going to happen, so I probably need to order the car and just wait. I'm torn between Alpine White and Marina Bay Blue. I just haven't been able to see the MBB in person. Does anyone have a good representative photo of the color? It seems like when looking online there is a lot of variation.

Here are pics of mine in and out is sunlight. I think the pics posted on here are a good representation. The color has quite a bit of depth and looks great no matter the lighting. Alpine white is also a great color on the m5, but I am partial to white as I have an alpine white m3 also. I don't think you can go wrong with either!

Thank you...H&R M550 springs. Patience isn't one of my virtues and I can't drive this car sitting like a truck. The ride is much much better and bounces less than stock.

I feel you on the not being patient part .... what's crazy is that your car looks better than those on the H&R's that are for the M5. Your drop is on point; I may have to consider this option.

I was in the same boat on the color. So my salesperson had me come down before he delivered this beautiful mbb m5 to see the color in person. Here's some photos I snapped of it. Definitely an impressive color in person!

Don’t worry it doesn’t look like this ^... that’s Snapper Rocks Blue.. it’s much lighter almost teal colored and has metallic in it..

Even my wife who has zero interest in cars saw the color and said that’s a nice blue bmw and I told her that is mbb and I agreed it stands out. I ordered one in mbb, should be here soon.

This is why H&R drives me crazy. I buy the actual springs for the F90 and it drops the rear like shit. You buy the M550 ones and your car looks better.

And there are no ride issues at speed (100 plus in turns and straights)???

Ya that color looks even better in person .. I get mine hopefully next week since it’s schelude to arrive at the port in jersey on Monday. I was worried at first when I ordered that color cause I’ve onky seen it in pictures and some pictures it looks like a regular blue u see on other cars but when I saw it in person I was happy I went with that color

Hi Vic....Sorry bro. I can't believe that H&R screwed this up. I have always used their springs and have always been happy. I'm disappointed to hear everyone's sentiments on this.

I haven't really pushed the car hard through turns over 100...but I've hit governor and am often above 100 and I report no concerns whatsoever

I found the OEM springs to be very bouncy and after these were installed, it neutralized. I'm very happy.

And to think I was so F-ing nervous that I was being impetuous by not waiting for the actual M5 springs to come out.
