Ceramic coating

On my last 3 cars, my detailler has always applied ceramic pro. This time around he has a new product that he is recommending instead and I wanted to know if anyone here has used it. Its called Servfaces and says its an overall better product. He still offers ceramic pro if that's what I would prefer but I'm all for trying something new if I can get some feedback. Not many reviews out there that I can find.

Does anyone know if ceramic coating be done prior to delivery if it is to done at the Performance Center in Spartanburg?
