It's not bad, just don't keep it in higher gear with low RPM. Lol
Or keep it in efficient mode and S1 so you can control shifting.
I usually drive in efficient mode until warms up and then sport plus and S3
I know I will add intake and down pipes too :-)

Did you get an F90 now? I remember when you had the F10

I've personally only heard this system with the non-resonated center pipes. The valve controlled exhaust in Sport+ mode (factory center pipe) has a DB level of 93. In comfort mode the DB will be the same as factory but with a deeper tone.

We also just released the Valved black series with carbon tips

Thanks Nate for the reply.

I havent yet but its coming... go to the M5 Versus section here and you can see my writeup on a 2 day test run against my E63S.

So to clarify, with the factor pipes (cat back) to the exhaust; with the Eisenmann it has a 93 dB. But whats the DB with your full system?

I ask because if I get the car it will have the sport exhaust and Im thinking I want more DB's but not sure I want to gut the entire system vs maybe pulling the resonator and/or changing the rear section.

I sent Eisenmann Germany an email to see if they have db levels for the center pipe + rear section and have not heard back yet. Will update right when we find out.

Same here. I ordered the race and I hope it's not to loud. I'll be running stock pipes.

I am sure it will be just fine. Cold start will be louder but after you drive it it's not bad.
For me with mid pipes ( non resonated ) is perfect.
I am actually gone add down pipes and intake next month.

Yes, but not as much and not as loud.
I use comfort mode and D1 just to warm up the car, after that it's sport plus and S3.
Like to shift mine self :-)
Miss the manual more then I thought.

Should be getting it in a week and half and I talked shortly after. I figured I'd give it a try. If it's to loud for what I need(I drive the highway a lot) than I'll be putting it on the classifieds.
