M Driver's Package (Canada)?

Has anyone been able to order the M Driver's Package, or equivalent, in Canada, which raises the electronic speed limiter to 280kph?
My dealer says it's not available, but BMW's web site mentions it being an option?

Thanks for any input!!!

Edit: Looks like I found my answer. In spite of it being mentioned as an option on BMW Canada's web site, it looks like it is not available up here. No big deal. I guess one could find a way to lift the speed limiter, with a tune.... if one was so inclined....

Adding M Driver's PKG benefits after delivery

So if Canadian's cannot order the M Driver's PKG on their car is there a way to modify their M2C to get the increased top speed after they take delivery? I would guess this is possible as it should only require flipping an electronic switch as l think there are no mechanical differences.

Is it possible?

Yep, very possible. Just install a tune onto your car. A flash tune will get rid of the top speed limiter, and will add other fun things

M Driver's Package (Canada)?

Pretty sure it's part of the base package in Canada. I got her up to 270 on the autobahn which I believe is above the 155mph standard speed limiter in the US. Tried to hit 280 but traffic and a curve in the road made me lift.

It is not part of the base package in Canada, unfortunately.
You may have hit an indicated 270kph, but BMWs, and in fact, most European cars, will read very optimistically. The max speed is 250kph, which is more likely the speed at which you were travelling.
