Stick shift drive in Toronto
Anyone have a newish stick shift in Toronto and interested to drive a similar car?
There are noises that the mechanics are not sure are normal or not. There are so few M2's around that they just don't know. My rear end makes this noise when I change gear. How much slop is in your transmission? If you are interested in coming up and taking each other's car around the block please pm me. I live downtown. East York really.

Mine is more of a grinding rattling sound when I feather in the clutch around 2500rpm and higher.

Show up at the next meet...there will be lots of other cars there...we had 6 or 7 F87s at the last meet. I think they were saying next weekend? ? There is a BMW True North meet at T&C BMW on May 6th I believe. Bound to be some F87s there.

I'll probably be at the next meet. I don't have any of the sounds you are mentioning except for exhaust burble.
