E85/Ethanol in Canada?

Just curious as to if Ethanol (E30, E40, E85) is available in Canada? I live in Montreal and haven't seen it at any gas station?

What about Vancouver, Toronto?

Yeah, its called Arcade in West Vancouver.

They sell E85

I believe you can get E85 in Guelph, Ontario, but I haven't heard of anywhere in Toronto specifically that would have it.
