Connected Drive app now also wireless

Just noticed the connected drive app now works without putting the iphone in the cradle after updating to ios 10. Unfortunately, you still can't use it simultaneously with apple carplay.

i noticed that as well with my Android phone when i had a 430i Loaner. I would like to make it work on my 2016 435i. Any ideas?

Whoops, meant 11 instead of 10 :-) Didn't upgrade yet because of some compatibility issue of ios 11. Glad to see it works. Now if only BMW made the qi charging pad in the tray in front of the cup holders, that would be really great.
