Quick Feedback on M550i Deal

Hey guys, I知 looking for quick feedback on the deal offered to my parents. I知 trying to help them decide between a fully loaded BMW M550i (dad痴 favorite) and a Volvo (mom is a loyal fan). I will not bore you with the Volvo offer but need to know if the M550i offer from a local dealer is acceptable. I attached their screenshot along with my understanding of invoice pricing so any quick feedback would be highly appreciated. I知 trying to reach a broad audience so my apologies if this is a repost. Thank you.

$10k off for the capitalize cost is ok, the money factor translates to 3.6 % which seems high and the residual is 59% which is low, maybe wait until November you may get a better residual. Also are you USAA or bmw CCA member?

Thanks. The residual I believe is tied to the mileage. My parents only drive about 7 to 9K a year. My dad banks with USAA. I'll ask him if there is a discount for veterans.

Do not put money down on the lease otherwise its exactly what I'm getting. 7% off plus 1500 lease credit. Residual 59% for 10k and money factor .00152. My MSRP is 93,605 and i'm paying $1169 a month with zero down 2200 or so drive off.
