I'm in production too, to be completed on the 20th. Unfortunately, there's info in another thread that they're holding the cars until the 11th of November. Something to do with gas mileage certification? There's an "early order production" thread below.

Has this actually be confirmed? How would they allow cars to be at dealerships for demo and test drives if they weren't EPA approved?

Will they allow demos and test drives? Who knows? Typical waiting-for-a-BMW situation. Few rumors, nothing from BMW. Like Hillary Clinton, they're shy about sharing information.
