328i F30 Cooling lights regularly flash？？？

Every time I start the engine, the cooling lights will regularly flash, and there is no cold, but after 30 seconds(Cold start maybe 1min), when the signal is bright, and returned to normal, can be cold. Is it normal？？？

I mean this light

The light shows that the AC system is active. It won't cool until the compressor has run for a minute or two.
