Odd noise I keep hearing.

Can anyone help with where this noise might be coming from? It doesn't change on speed, ac is off, heat is off. Windows up or down doesn't change. Its annoying as hell lmao.

Is it not your brakes? Does it happen more or less when you're applying brake pressure?

Brakes didn't affect it at all. I was testing everything. Gave more gas nothing, let off gas nothing changed. Was looking more into and apparently there are more people who have the same issue with no result of fixing.
