Diesel jitters
I need some advice from a respected source of common sense and balanced opinion...
I have a Nov ‘14 registered F31 330D, with 30k miles on the clock, which had MPPK installed at the beginning of 2016. A well spec’d example and good to drive, particularly long distances. It's an EU5 engine. I live in London but very rarely, if ever, go into the congestion charge zone by car. I’ve got the jitters about the future of diesel with all the talk about charges for diesel drivers in UK cities, the extension of the Ultra Low Emission Zone out to Greater London by 2021, increased duty on diesel, the filthy air in our cities, the harm caused by NOx and particulates etc etc So I’m wondering whether
I wasn’t planning on changing for at least another 18 mths. There are, however, some very nice examples of 4GC’s on the BMW AUC website however, particularly the 440i’s..... Your thoughts would be most welcome
