How many of you had a BMW before F30?

It seems to me many of you guys owned a BMW before F30, like to share with us?

My first one was an E30 320i, then E36 325i, E36 328i, Z3 1.9 then E90 330i before the F30 320i ED.
I actually bought up in a few Bimmers, kick off from a 2002, E9 3.0CS, and E28 728i. Now, my dad still owns a F30 328i. Meantime, I have had a few other brands, but not feeling comfortable, so addicted to BMW, not cos' of loyalty.

My first BMW was a E90 320d m sport. Loved this car but it was written off?
Next was a F30 320D sport. A rushed buy as I had no car for work. I had a few problems with that car so sold it 3 months later. Now I have a f30 335D m sport and I love it. I must say I hated BMWs until I owned one. Can't imagine having anything else now.

Why hated it before?

I was a vw man for most of my driving life. You tend to like certain makes and hate others. I think just how people that love bmw would go on about how good they are kind of turned me against them? It was my cousin how talked me in to looking at one which changed my views

Look! We don't need amber side marker on the fender.

Tons of fun with this stylish open top, but don't talk about performance. This piece is made in the U.S.

There are downside about BMWs, not as reliable as the Japs, not as user friendly as VW, you have to bit the bullet if your priority is driving pleasure.

Yes that's true. At the moment I can't see myself with any other car. I drive a lot for work and my BMW is a pleasure.

This E90 330i gave me more excitement than F30 320i, but not as comfortable.
Btw, is Mainland China across the field and a river, our RHD cars not allow to go over the border without a special permit.

What went wrong with your 320d? It didn't discourage you from owning another Bimmer?

I didn't really like the look of the sport over the m sport, also had a problem with the head unit and steering rack. They both got fixed but I just wasn't happy with the car. I'd look at the car and just know I wasn't happy with it. Didn't put me off getting another one coz I knew how much I liked my first one

Have had a few close calls on this E30. This semi-trailing arm rear suspension almost get me killed, probably I was too young and it was too backward.

The M-Sport definitely looks better, you paid what you get. And you are back to blue colour again.

First was a 2014 X1 Xdrive 28i
Traded it for a 2014 335i with lower miles

Had a 2006 e90 330i. Loved that car and wish I could have kept it. Had only 152k km on the clock. She was my first bimmer, but she was killed from behind by an oldsmobile...

I love my 335I xdrive, but you never forget your first...

While most people changed from sedan to SUV, you are the other way around.

I had the same year and model, love it so much, but it keeps breaking down every few months after its 8th birthday, no choice but to give it up.
