Looking for suggestions- New member around here!
Hey everyone, I am new around here and to this whole forum thing in general but I figured I would put out a few questions and try to gain some feedback.
I plan on purchasing a CPO F30 this coming weekend, the dealer I am heading to has multiple options in my price range. I am trying to decide between the 320i xDrive vs 328i xDrive (2013-2014 with 33k or less miles). Would love to hear from some of you on what you recommend! Pros or Cons of each etc. Thanks! |

I think you will hear many on here suggest the 328 over the 320 - More power makes for more smiles. Personally I see the 328 as the base model - the 320 was meant for the masses but lacks power. By example 0-60 is 6.6 seconds with the 320 and 5.3 with the 328. That's a significant difference.

I actually had the same choice when I purchased my car about 6 weeks ago. I was originally interested in a 2014 320i in Black as that was my favorite color. For the same price there was a 2013 328i with black leather and about 7k more miles, but more options as well. I drove both and even though the 328 was Silver (a color I've never had before), I went with the 328 as it brought a bigger smile to my face when I test drove it. The Silver took a couple weeks to grow on me but I love it now...and coming from a MB C300 back to BMW ( on my 5th) I'm glad to be back!

Thanks for the feedback, will keep that in mind this weekend! It turns out that the 14' is the 320 w/ 35k and the 13' is the 328 with 29k. Is it worth it to go with the 13' 328 while losing a year of warranty?
Any input would be greatly appreciated! |
