Hey everyone, just introducing myself and my car to the group.
2014 328i M Sport / Estoril Blue II I plan on doing many things to her over the next couple years, but for now she's mostly stock. Derek |

Already tinted the windows and put in color matched front reflectors as well as the M front black grill. I definitely want to lower her on some H&R springs. I have the M Sport front splitter on the way. Rear carbon fiber trunk lip. Some black 19" VMR wheels. Intake and exhaust. I have black 3M vinyl wrap I want to use on the roof as well. Those are the immediate plans! |

I actually love the yellow plates... maybe it's just me. They offer great offset/contrast, especially against the richness of the EBII.

Yes! Black grilles and no fog lights. Perfect!

Yeah very true. Yellow and blue definitely look nice together. I'd prefer no front plate at all actually, but it had already been drilled so no point in keeping it off!

First thing I would do is lower with H&R Sport springs, not race. It will get rid of the bounciness of the car, even better if you have the DHP option. I would skip the exhaust and intake and just get a JB4 and downpipes. This is a nice bump in HP and TRQ not to mention that you'll get to enjoy a smoother power band while listening to an actual exhaust and not just the stuff that gets pumped through your speakers. If you go with VMR you'll want to run the following setup: Front - 19x8.5 ET 35 w/ 245/35-19 tires Rear - 19x9.5 ET45 w/ 275/30-19 tires When you wrap the roof make sure the new 3M double sided tape for the shark antenna overlap both the wrap and the actual clear coat. This way if your wrap comes loose for whatever reason you're not losing your antenna and you get better adhesion. Edit: Oh and I forgot. If no DHP, get rear shocks. Bilstein HD8s are perfect with the H&R springs. |

I do have the DHP option, and already ordered the Sport springs. Didn't go for supersports because it is my daily driver still. Only reason I'm hesitant when it comes to JB4 is for my warranty. Any experience with that? Thanks for the offset info, I was wondering about that recently. And I plan on it with the wrap, my buddy wraps BMW's all the time and he's going to help me. |
